Pricing questions

Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account until you use them. Buy 10,000 today and use the last one in two years, it still works.
What counts as one credit?
One successful screenshot equals one credit, regardless of format, device or page size. Failed captures are not charged.
How does the volume discount work?
The bigger the pack, the lower the price per screenshot. It starts at $9.00 per 1,000 and falls to $3.50 per 1,000 on the largest pack, a saving of 61 percent. The discount applies to the whole pack, not just the credits above a threshold.
Is there a free trial?
Every new account starts with 100 free credits, no card required. That is enough to integrate the API, test your parameters and see real output before you pay anything.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Pay as you go is the whole model here: no monthly fee, no minimum, and nothing to cancel. You buy credits when you need them and they wait until you use them.
Can I mix pack sizes?
Yes. Credits from different packs pool into one balance. Buying a small pack now does not stop you buying a bigger, cheaper one later, and nothing you already own is affected.
What happens when I run out of credits?
API calls are paused until you top up. You will get an email warning before your balance runs out, and topping up takes one click from the dashboard.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Every purchase goes through Stripe and you receive an invoice automatically.
