Do credits expire?: No. Credits stay in your account until you use them. Buy 1,000 today and use the last one in two years, it still works.
What counts as one credit?: One successful screenshot equals one credit, regardless of format, device or page size. Failed captures are not charged.
Is there a free trial?: Yes. Every new account starts with free trial credits so you can integrate and test the API before paying anything. No credit card required.
Do I need a subscription?: No. Pay as you go is the whole model. If you prefer a monthly plan with a fixed quota, subscription plans are also available inside the dashboard, but you never need one.
What happens when I run out of credits?: API calls are paused until you top up. You will get an email warning before your balance runs out, and topping up takes one click from the dashboard.
Can I get an invoice?: Yes. Every purchase goes through Stripe and you receive an invoice automatically.
